Born and raised in the heart of Newark, NJ—where they say, “If you can make it there, you can make it anywhere”—I am living proof of that motto. My journey took me to the beautiful Carolinas over a dozen years ago, a move that felt both necessary and transformative. While New Jersey will always be my forever home, it was in North Carolina where I discovered my true purpose.

After a decade-long battle with depression, I came to understand it as a crucial part of my self-discovery and personal growth. Today, my path is clearer than ever, and I am thriving—living my absolute best life, one day at a time. I hold a master’s degree in business management with a concentration in Project Management, and I am a certified tax preparer, notary, mentor, and certified peer support specialist. Mental health is real, and I wear many hats to advocate for it and make a difference in others’ lives.

I am a loving wife, a dedicated mother of two, and a proud grandmother of two handsome grandsons. My unwavering faith in Christ Jesus is my anchor, guiding and sustaining me every step of the way.
