Born and raised in the heart of Newark, NJ, where they say if you can make it there, you can make it anywhere, I am living proof of that adage. Over a dozen years ago, my journey led me to the beautiful Carolinas, a move that felt both easy and necessary. While New Jersey will always be my forever home, it was in North Carolina that I discovered my true purpose.

After a decade-long battle with depression, I came to understand it as a crucial part of my self-discovery and personal growth process. Today, my path is crystal clear, and I am thriving, living my absolute best life one day at a time. I hold a master's in business management with a concentration in Project Management, and I am a certified tax preparer, notary, mentor, and certified peer support specialist, because mental health is real, just to highlight a few of my many talents. I am a loving wife, a dedicated mother of two, and a proud grandmother of two handsome grandchildren. My unwavering faith in Christ Jesus is my anchor, guiding and sustaining me.

Beyond my personal life, I am an author, coach, consultant, and transformational speaker. I have also ventured into philanthropy, sowing seeds into others' lives feeds my soul. I wear my heart on my sleeve and leave my footprint everywhere I go.
